Turnaround
Typical delivery depends on file readiness and revisions, but most studio sets move quickly once the 3D file is confirmed.
Additional color or material variations may add time depending on the number of variations requested and whether each one needs its own animation.

Includes up to 3 revision rounds for lighting, camera angles, and background color.
I will also confirm the product looks correct, including materials, proportions, and key details, before I move into final renders.

Additional colorways or material options can be added using the variation pricing above.
Attachments, alternate parts, multiple SKUs, or product versions that require model changes will be quoted separately.
If the model needs heavy cleanup or is missing parts, I will flag it before starting.

What do I need from you to get started?
A 3D file (STEP, IGES, OBJ, FBX, STL, etc.) and any references you have (photos, sketches, links). If you have brand guidelines or example lighting styles, send those too.
What exactly is included in this package?
One product with 5 to 10 studio angles on a white or single color background, plus one 360 turntable animation. Final images are delivered as JPG and PNG, and the animation is delivered as MP4.
What does “one product” mean?
One single item or SKU. If you have multiple variants (colorways, sizes, attachments, bundles), those are quoted separately.
How do revisions work?
Up to 3 revision rounds are included for lighting, camera angles, background color, and overall look. I will send preview proofs first so you can confirm the product looks accurate before I complete final renders.
Do you provide transparent background images?
Yes, these are provided
What resolution will I receive?
High resolution files sized for web and marketing. If you have a specific requirement (Amazon, Shopify, print, exact pixel dimensions), tell me up front and I will match it.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on how ready the 3D file is and how quickly approvals happen. Once the model is confirmed, studio renders and turntables usually move fast.
Can you match my brand lighting or style?
Yes. If you share reference images or a style example, I can match the lighting and overall look.
What if my 3D model needs cleanup or fixing?
If the file needs heavy cleanup, missing parts, or major repair, I will flag it before starting. Small fixes are common, but major rebuilds may affect scope and cost.
Can you add labels, logos, or custom colors?
Yes. Provide the logo files and color references. If it requires new textures or complex material work, I will confirm scope first.
What format is the 360 turntable delivered in?
MP4 by default. If you need GIF or a specific size or frame rate, tell me and I will export to your specs.
Do you deliver the KeyShot scene file?
By default, deliverables include the final JPG/PNG renders and the MP4 turntable animation only. If you want the working KeyShot scene file and project assets included, the price is 2x the listed package rate.
What is not included in this package?
Lifestyle scenes, complex environments, product explodes, assembly animations, heavy modeling, or multiple products and variants. Those are available as separate services.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, if you need one.
Can I add more colors or materials for the same product?
Yes. This package includes one product in one color or material. If you need the same product shown in additional colors or materials, those can be added for $75 per variation.
If you also need a separate 360 turntable animation for each color or material option, that can be added for $50 per animation.
If the variation requires model changes, new attachments, different parts, or a different SKU, it will be quoted separately.
